Life's Good in Nelson!

Hello All!

Life in Nelson continues along nicely for us. We are both working three or four days a week, Amy at the clothing stand and Travis at an internet cafe. Trav's jobs ia a bit mundane at times, but it is simple, worry-free, and get us just about enough money to cover rent and food, which are pretty much all we need right now.

Travis is training for the Coast to Coast Multisport World Championships, a biking/running/kayaking race from one side of New Zealand to the other. It's a one-day classic, and is quite popular here in NZ. Race is February 10; www.coasttocoast.co.nz.

Trav's parents and sister will be coming here during the second half of March, and we plan to head for Australia in early April before coming home May 9. What will happen then???? Well, Amy is applying to Grad School at CU-Denver for a Masters in Counseling, and she may work again as a teacher at Denver Academy while pursuing the degree. Travis is undecided on what to do, but hopes to continue adventure racing and is thinking about becoming a teacher. He's also open to suggestions.
